Refund policy

Deposit
Your 10% deposit is fully refundable at any time prior to your production payment being confirmed. Once your production payment has been submitted and your order has entered the manufacturing queue, the deposit is non-refundable.

Production payment
Production payments are non-refundable. Each sauna is built to your confirmed specification and cannot be resold or reallocated once manufacturing has started. We do not accept cancellations once production has begun. If you need to cancel prior to production starting, contact hello@vimsauna.com immediately.

No returns on delivered units
We do not accept returns on delivered sauna units. Given the nature of custom manufacturing, freight logistics, and the cost associated with large-format products, returns are not feasible. All sales of sauna units are final upon delivery.

Defects and incorrect parts
If your sauna arrives with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect component, we will work with you to repair or replace the affected part at no cost to you. To submit a defect or incorrect parts claim, contact hello@vimsauna.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Claims must be submitted before any affected parts have been moved from their delivery location or before installation has begun.

Custom orders
Custom sauna orders are non-refundable once design fee payment has been made and spec work has begun. Cancellations prior to design fee payment can be made at no charge.

Accessories
Accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused, and unopened condition with original packaging. To initiate a return, email hello@vimsauna.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. We cannot accept returns on accessories that have been used, opened, or that are electrical components.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refunds for deposits paid by card are returned to the card used at checkout. Refunds for payments made by ACH or wire are returned by ACH or check.
