The VIM Sauna Process

Our Oblique flat pack sauna is designed for a super simple buying process. Just choose the exterior cladding you like best, and we'll be in touch to fine tune a few design choices before building and shipping your sauna. It's that easy!

Our Bezier and Cubist saunas offer a semi-custom design process:

1. Virtual Discovery Consultation
   An online meeting explores your goals, space, design preferences, and budget. We can't wait to learn more about you and how VIM can become a part of your daily routine.

2. Remote Design & Visualization
   Receive CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and material options. Refine your design through video calls with our team. In-person consultations available in Austin, Texas.

3. Production & Craftsmanship
   Our USA artisans craft your sauna using traditional and modern techniques. Prepped for efficient assembly, you’ll get digital updates throughout.

4. Coordinated Delivery & Installation
   We schedule delivery, provide site prep guidance, and assemble your sauna with minimal disruption. Because each jurisdiction has slightly different permitting rules, you'll need to hire a certified electrician to connect the heater, and we'll support them through this process.

5. Ongoing Support
   We aren't after a one-time transaction. We aspire to be your lifelong friends in the sauna world. You will find our team ready to assist long after the install is complete.
