Reseller Policy
This policy applies to all approved wholesale partners and resellers of VIM Sauna products. By participating in the VIM Sauna wholesale program, you agree to the following terms.
Pricing
Wholesale partners receive a discount off the current retail price of VIM sauna units, applied automatically at checkout when logged into an approved account. Retail pricing is set by VIM Sauna and may be updated from time to time. Partners will be notified of pricing changes in advance. Partners are free to negotiate their own pricing to end customers, but the displayed price must follow the VIM MAP (minimum advertised price) policy.
Authorized use of VIM branding
Approved partners may use VIM Sauna product photography, product descriptions, and brand assets to promote VIM products to their clients. Misrepresentation of VIM products, unauthorized modification of product imagery, or use of VIM branding to promote competing products is not permitted. Orders and fulfillment
All wholesale orders are placed through the VIM Sauna website using an approved login. Partners are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring site accessibility at the time of delivery. To discuss a manual or custom order, contact hello@vimsauna.com.
Product representation
Partners must represent VIM Sauna products accurately to their clients, including lead times, specifications, electrical requirements, and the fact that assembly is not included. Partners must not make warranty commitments beyond those stated in VIM Sauna's published warranty policy.
Assembly and installation
VIM Sauna does not provide assembly or installation services directly. Partners and their clients are solely responsible for all assembly, site preparation, and electrical installation. VIM Sauna is not liable for any damage that occurs during assembly or installation.
Program termination
VIM Sauna reserves the right to terminate a partner's wholesale access at any time for violations of this policy or conduct that reflects negatively on the VIM Sauna brand. Partners may cancel their participation at any time by contacting hello@vimsauna.com.
