We stand behind every sauna we build. Here is exactly what is covered and how to reach us if something needs attention.
What this warranty covers
VIM warrants the Oblique, Cubist, and Bezier sauna models for three (3) years from the date of original installation against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
If, during this period, your Sauna is determined to be defective following VIM's inspection, VIM will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component(s). These are the exclusive and sole remedies available under this Limited Warranty.
Heaters & Controls
Electric sauna heaters and controllers are covered by the manufacturer warranty from the heater brand included with your sauna. Warranty claims for heaters should be submitted to hello@vimsauna.com and we'll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

What this warranty does not cover
| –Weather exposure and environmental conditions, including UV exposure, temperature fluctuations, humidity, rain, snow, or ice |
| –Normal wear and tear, including natural wood characteristics such as color variation, patina, checking, grain raise, or minor surface cracking |
| –Improper installation, including failure to follow VIM installation instructions, failure to comply with applicable building or electrical codes, or inadequate foundations or drainage |
| –Improper maintenance, misuse, or abuse, including neglect or use inconsistent with intended residential sauna operation |
| –Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations, or the use of non-VIM parts or accessories |
| –Commercial or rental use, unless expressly authorized in writing by VIM |
| –Acts of God or force majeure events, including storm, flood, wildfire, lightning, or earthquake |
| –Damage occurring during or after shipping, relocation, or site placement not performed or supervised by VIM |
| –Any damage noted at delivery that was not reported before parts were moved or installation began |
Maintaining your warranty
Your sauna is a natural wood product made to live outdoors. Like any quality outdoor structure, regular care is what keeps it performing at its best and covered under this warranty. This includes:
| –Periodic cleaning of interior surfaces |
| –Timely application of appropriate exterior wood treatments |
| –Protection from standing water |
| –Following all care instructions provided with your unit |

How to make a warranty claim
If your Sauna requires warranty service, contact us at hello@vimsauna.com. Before we issue any authorization for warranty service, you will be required to provide:

| 02The serial number of your Sauna |
| 03A description of the issue and photos showing the defect |
If proof of purchase cannot be provided, the warranty period will be calculated from the date of VIM's original sale of the Sauna in its records.
If, after inspection, we determine the issue is not covered under this warranty, we may offer repair services for a fee or return the product without repair, at your expense.
Warranty on repaired or replaced products
Any repaired or replaced Sauna or component will be covered for the remainder of the original three (3) year warranty period, measured from the original purchase date.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE, AND NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE MADE BY VIM SAUNA LLC OR AUTHORIZED TO BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT. VIM LIMITS THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VIM, ITS DISTRIBUTORS, OR ITS RESELLERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE USE OR FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT. THE REMEDIES PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE EXCLUSIVE.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
