MAP Policy
To ensure uniform, high quality presentation in the marketplace, VIM Sauna LLC unilaterally and independently enforces the following Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.
No advertising below suggested retail price
Resellers of VIM Sauna products may not publicly advertise VIM Sauna products at prices below VIM Sauna's suggested retail prices. Failure to honor the Policy is a violation and is subject to the consequences described below.
No restraint on sales price
Every Reseller maintains the right to individually set the retail sale prices of any VIM Sauna product. This Policy solely relates to advertised prices.
Definition of advertising
Advertising includes but is not limited to:
| –Print — inserts, magazines, catalogs, newspapers, flyers, direct mail |
| –Broadcast — radio, television, webcast, mobile applications |
| –Broadcast email, instant message, and social media |
| –Website product pages, banner ads, paid search, and any other online advertising placed or funded by the Reseller |
| –Billboards, windows, or other outdoor advertising |
The MAP Policy does not govern the following:
| –In-store signage, price tags, hang tags, and displays |
| –Shopping cart and checkout pages on websites |
| –Price quotes made directly to consumers in person, by phone, or by email |
Violations
| 01 | First violation Written notice. Reseller has 48 hours to remove the non-compliant advertising. |
| 02 | Second violation Six-month suspension of purchasing rights. |
| 03 | Third violation Indefinite suspension of the Reseller account. |
Amendments
VIM Sauna may amend this Policy at any time. VIM Sauna employees are not authorized to waive or negotiate any terms of this Policy. This Policy takes effect January 1, 2026 and applies to all VIM Sauna products.
